You can apply for single trade permits such as furnace or A/C replacements, sewer line repair or replace, siding, water heater replacement, ceiling fans, sprinklers valve replace or new, water softener or reverse osmosis, and whole house fans.
To apply for a permit, please complete and sign the permit declaration form and email it to onlinepermits@cityofdavis.org. Permits are not valid until payment and declaration form have been received. You will need the exact property address to apply for your building permit.
If you are pulling a permit associated with a resale inspection additional fees may apply to your permit after issuance.
